James Ducoing's handwritten will leaving $10,000 in the Eureka Homestead Association, bonds, and cash to his sister Emma Catherine Ducoing J. Ducoing bequeath $5,000 in the Eureka Homestead to Lizzie [Forley]. He mentions appointing his brother, Paul A. Ducoing, Sr., in regards to his estate.
