Arts/Fest Newsletter which consists of a schedule of art activities happening from October 24 through the 25th in Lafayette Square, Boggs Mall and Gallier Hall. Page three mentions that a reading from A Confederacy of Dunces by Thelma Toole is scheduled to appear in the Mayor's Parlor. Article starting on the cover states that this is the fifth Art/Fest to be held in New Orleans. Newsletter contain phtographs taken by Jackson Pickett and Luis Castrillo.
