This dissertation is mostly devoted to the study of concordance classes of S¹ x R Pn. For the goal of our research, we first obtain the topological structure of S¹ x R Pn x I and the structure of the first concordance group of Aut( S¹ x R Pn) which help reveal the structure of the concordance classes of the block automorphism group Top&d15; (S¹ x R Pn). The last result allows us to obtain the structure of pi1( Top&d15; ( S¹ x R Pn)). We continue by examining the concordance classes of S¹ x Sn and studying the correspondence between the concordance classes of S¹ x Sn and S¹ x R Pn
