Decretos expedidos en México D.F. en el año 1557 estableciendo el tributo debido por indígenas de los pueblos de Ohuapan y Tecuiciapan en el río Balsas. Firmado por la segunda virrey de Nueva España, Luis de Velasco. Estos decretos formaban parte de un documento más grande que se ha perdido.
