Loeber reported that the new tenants of the lot on the corner of Condé and Dumaine Streets, the property of Mr. Landreaux, complained of the presence of two boxes of rotten apples and other debris. A note in the upper left-hand corner, in writing different from Loeber's, ordered the removal of the trash.
