According to Linda Schele, this portion of the inscription recounts rituals performed for the deity triad of Palenque that involved the display and adornment of costumes. The date cited for these activities fell between 9.11.0.0.0 (12 October, 652 CE) and 9.12.0.0.0 (29 June, 672 CE).
