In accordance with the Royal Decree of [1763] March 16, Governor Kerlérec gave a certificate of discharge to Sieur de Kernion, Sublieutenant in the infantry of the colonial troops. Dabbasie certified that Kernion would receive an annual pension of 200 livres.
