Description: Carlos Trudeau, Royal Surveyor of the Province of Louisiana, certified that he surveyed for Juan Bulher a tract of land covering 800 arpents, situated in the District of Baton Rouge about fifteen miles north of the fort and five miles east of the Mississippi River. Trudeau gave measurements and landmarks.
