Master carpenter José Fernández presented the city government a bill for nine pesos six reales for constructing and repairing ladders for the street-lighting system. City Steward Castanedo certified that the work had been done. Clerk of Cabildo Pesdesclaux ordered Castanedo to pay Fernández, who acknowledged receipt of the money.
