Description: The petition was filed before M. Le Senechel, Judge of the District of Léon at Saint-Gouesnou. It consisted of forty-six articles regarding the liquidation of the succession of Augustin Seigne. Included was evidence for the plantiffs as creditors of the Seigne estate.
