Before the Royal Notaries of Brest, the brother and sister Dauberville, children of the age of majority and heirs of their deceased parents, Louis Charles Le Senechal, Chevalier Dauberville, and Marie Daymé, his wife, promised to pay several taxes and monies due on transfer of real property to the seigneury of Louis François Crozat, Seigneur Du Chastel and de K[er]oualle, conforming to Article 70 of the Coutume de Bretagne.
