Joseph de Orúe, Comptroller General of the Army of the Province of Louisiana, certified that, in accordance with the decree of May 7 of the Intendant Martìn Navarro, his office had audited and found correct the records of Captain Pedro Rousseau, former Commandant of the Natchitoches post, of goods from the Royal Warehouse that he had distributed as gifts to the Indians.
