Description: De Lacroix gave his wife authorization to appear in court in the settlement of the succession of [Marie] Aglaé Fagot, widow of Pierre Rapp, and to sell her share of the estate. She was further empowered to sell the slave Angèle to Joséphine, a free woman of color, and the slave Marie to Edgard Marin, and to buy the other legatees' interest in the slaves Valcour and Charlotte.
